13. februārī pulksten 15.19 Tukumā, pa Jelgavas ielu, virzienā no Slocenes ielas uz Pasta ielas pusi, Valsts policijas Zemgales reģiona pārvaldes Rietumzemgales iecirkņa Reaģēšanas nodaļas amatpersonas pamanīja kādu pretim braucošu “Audi” markas spēkratu, kas apdzīvotā vietā, kur atļautais braukšanas ātrums ir 50 km/h, brauca ar ātrumu 103 km/h, tātad, pārsniedzot atļauto braukšanas ātrumu par 53 km/h.
Likumsargi nekavējoties apgriezās braukšanai pretējā virzienā un aicināja transportlīdzekļa vadītāju apturēt automašīnu. Apturot to tika konstatēts, ka steidzīgais transportlīdzekļa vadītājs ir kāds 1980. gadā dzimis vīrietis, kurš sēdies pie spēkrata stūres, būdams 2,55 promiļu stiprā alkohola reibumā.
Ceļu satiksmes noteikumu 101. punkts paredz, ka apdzīvotās vietās visu transportlīdzekļu braukšanas ātrums nedrīkst pārsniegt 50 km/h.
Par šo pārkāpumu uzsākts administratīvā pārkāpuma process pēc Ceļu satiksmes likuma 55. panta divdesmit otrās daļas par šā panta divdesmit pirmajā daļā paredzēto pārkāpumu, ja tas izdarīts vietā, kura apzīmēta ar 519. vai 555. ceļa zīmi “Apdzīvotas vietas sākums”. Par šādu pārkāpumu piemēro naudas sodu transportlīdzekļa vadītājam no 700 līdz 880 eiro un transportlīdzekļa vadīšanas tiesību izmantošanas aizliegumu uz 12 mēnešiem.
“Audi” vadītājam par šo pārkāpumu piemērots naudas sods 880 eiro apmērā un transportlīdzekļa vadīšanas tiesību aizliegums uz 12 mēnešiem, kā arī uzsākts kriminālprocess pēc Krimināllikuma 262. panta 11 daļas par transportlīdzekļa vadīšanu alkohola ietekmē, ja izelpotā gaisa vai asins pārbaudē konstatētā alkohola koncentrācija asinīs pārsniedz 1,5 promiles. Par šādu pārkāpumu soda ar brīvības atņemšanu uz laiku līdz vienam gadam vai ar īslaicīgu brīvības atņemšanu, vai ar probācijas uzraudzību, vai ar sabiedrisko darbu, vai ar naudas sodu, atņemot transportlīdzekļa vadīšanas tiesības uz pieciem gadiem.
Valsts policija aicina automašīnu vadītājus nebūt pārgalvīgiem un atcerēties, ka atļautā braukšanas ātruma pārsniegšana, kā arī citu ceļu satiksmes noteikumu neievērošana apdraud ne tikai paša vadītāja, bet arī citu ceļu satiksmes dalībnieku drošību.
